Here, the sandy soils of lava origin and the wide temperature variations between day and night give life to a wine with a very pronounced personality. The grapes are harvested manually in the second ten days of October and subjected to a long maceration with the pomace at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine matures in 30 hl oak and chestnut barrels, further refining in the bottle for at least 12 months.

Questo rosato nasce da una raccolta manuale con successivo raffreddamento delle uve a 8 °C e una breve macerazione in pressa per circa 4 ore a bassa temperatura. La fermentazione avviene in acciaio a temperatura controllata per circa 14 giorni. Di colore rosa buccia di cipolla, al naso regala sentori vegetali, rosa e piccoli frutti rossi. Al palato è fresco e avvolgente, con la leggerezza tipica dei rosati.
