Petralava Bianco, an Etna DOC, is the fruit of the Carricante and Catarratto vines. The grapes are harvested manually in the first ten days of October. Subsequently, they follow a process of cold maceration, gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Originating from the Rhine Valley, the Rhine Riesling finds an ideal habitat in the Cembra Valley, where temperature variations and sun exposure enhance its unique aromas. Straw-yellow in color with greenish highlights, it releases scents of candied fruit and carob. On the palate, it is fruity, savory, and lively, perfect after several months of bottle aging.

This Grillo is a Sicilian wine with great personality, influenced by the proximity of the sea which gives it flavor and minerality. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a complex bouquet that ranges from floral, such as jasmine and broom, to fresh notes of grapefruit. On the palate it is structured but elegant, with good flavor and acidity. The citrus notes are evident and persistent.

This white wine is born from the union of Inzolia, southern and abundant, and Incrocio Manzoni, refined and northern. The result is a surprising white, delicate yet with a strong identity. It has a very pale straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers elegant notes of white fruit, such as peach, apple, pineapple, and apricot. On the palate, it is balanced and elegant, with aromatic finesse that makes it extremely pleasant. The savoriness and minerality invite another sip.

The name of this wine is linked to an ancient popular legend that tells of a "treasure" hidden in the Feudo Disisa and never found, dedicated to one of Sicily's main native grape varieties: Catarratto. Made from pure Catarratto grapes, this wine expresses elegant floral notes of elderflower, delicate fruity hints of white peach, and pleasant citrus accents.

Here, the sandy soils of lava origin and the wide temperature variations between day and night give life to a wine with a very pronounced personality. The grapes are harvested manually in the second ten days of October and subjected to a long maceration with the pomace at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine matures in 30 hl oak and chestnut barrels, further refining in the bottle for at least 12 months.

AREA OF ORIGINVineyards on the slopes of Mount Etna located in the municipalities of Castiglione di Sicilia and Randazzo; trained using espalier and bush vine methods on sandy soils of volcanic origin, with significant temperature variations between day and night.

Of a bright ruby ​​with purple hues, this wine offers the nose elegant notes of violet, dried rose, cherry and small red fruits, together with spicy hints of black pepper and salted caper. On the palate, it is full, enveloping and well balanced, with dense and long-lasting tannins.

This wine, a rosé created almost as a joke on a summer evening, celebrates the passion for Palermo Football Club. Made from Nero d'Avola vinified in white, it is fresh, savory, and intense. Pink in color with violet reflections, it releases aromas of red rose and red fruits such as cherry, pomegranate, and wild strawberry. On the palate, it is full, harmonious, and sweet, with a pleasant note of acidity and minerality that make it extremely enjoyable, finishing persistent and savory.
